Hello and welcome to Lancerkit. Our application (which we will refer to as the "Service") is a software application provided by the Belgian business ACL Software (VAT number BE0764793629). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms"). Please do not use the Service if you do not agree to all of the Terms.
The Service is a web-based platform that enables users to manage their business activities.
We provide you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Without the express written authorization of ACL Software, you may not utilize any content or materials on the Service for any commercial purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Namur (Belgium), without regard to conflict of law principles.
